Afincados is a digital platform for the management of homeowners' communities, offering tools for administration, communication, finance, incidents, and documentation.
2. Registration and Account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- One account per natural or legal person. Sharing access with third parties is not permitted.
- You must be of legal age (18+) or have the authorisation of a guardian.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to view.
- Introduce malware, viruses or any disruptive code.
- Scrape, copy or redistribute platform content without prior written consent.
4. Plans, Payment and Cancellation
- Paid plans are billed according to the selected period (monthly or annual).
- Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available on request.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code and trademarks of the Afincados platform are the exclusive property of Afincados S.L. or its licensors. No licence is granted beyond what is strictly necessary for the use of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability
Afincados shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, except where required by applicable law.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance wherever possible.
9. Modifications to the Terms

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
